After weeks and weeks of troubleshooting and trying to resolve the issue, I came across this site and said to myself "No risk? It can't hurt." Wow, was I impressed. Robert was fast, polite, friendly and best of all, effective. He got my Exchange server configured correctly for iPhone ActiveSync in less than 30 minutes! Worth Every Penny!! Robert was a Godsend!
