User contacted us the other day. He could connect to the exchange server with no problems. Contacts and calendars sync okay backwards and forwards. But, he got the Unexpected Exchange mailbox Server error: Server: in the event log. Every time he pressed the sync button, it kept coming up with Cannot get mail – user name or password are incorrect. They are the same ones he used to login in with web access.
