Cannot get mail, Server Error, Contact your system administrator is a common problem
We have fixed issues with Exchange 2003 on Server 2003 where one user with a 3GS cannot receive emails into inbox, but contacts and calendar are fine. Then when the user tries to access the inbox or a subfolder they get the following error message: Cannot get mail, Server Error, Contact your system administrator. What makes this more interesting other e-mail accounts on the phone , like gmail, hotmail, or aol mail are ok.
NO ADVANCE PAYMENT!!
It is typical to get the message ”unable to verify certificate”
There are various messages and issues when it comes to setting up an iPhone and Exchange 2003 / Exchange 2007. The above message can be safely ignored. However, if the account verifiecation process fails, there is probably an issue on the server, which we can fix.
Take that first step.. Call us today!!

Trying to set up iPhone with Exchange Server, I think??
We get iPhone setup calls all the time where the customer states” I’m trying to get my work email on this phone, I don’t know if I should be going through Microsoft Exchange or a different way. Typically I am not totally clueless about what my exchange settings should be. I’ve tried going into the “add new account” and adding, Microsoft Exchange and I’ve also tried adding a POP and IMAP account, which I was unsuccessful in doing. I’ve also tried syncing with iTunes… I got my contacts, calendars, etc., but no such luck with email. I’m thinking that maybe I am not typing the correct things, or maybe that it just isn’t possible to do this on iPhone in general.
